Made famous by Cafe' Du Monde, the beignet and chicory coffee are a mainstays for locals and tourists alike in New Orleans, Louisiana.  This French-Creole doughnut is traditionally served with a heavy dusting of powdered sugar while the chicory coffee is served cafe' au lait (half coffee, half milk).

 

Two Trees has brought the traditional flavors of the New Orleans beignet to the streets of Boise, Idaho.
